Scampi Butter

"Scampi" Compound Butter isn't just for Shrimp.  Use this butter blend on Chicken, Potatoes and more.  Sauteed Shallots, Lemon and White Wine go with a multitude of menu staples.  Give it a try on your vegetable sides and roasted potatoes or Simply sautee Shrimp over medium heat and serve over your choice of pasta or rice.   Can be finished with a few ounces of stock or half-n-half depending on your preference.  The recipe is in the butter.  4oz. package.
